To begin with, everyone knows, that to achieve something you have to work a lot. No pain - no gain. It's an axiom. But the hardest part is to do it again tomorrow. And a day after tomorrow. And continue doing it for a long time. Routine can kill even the saint. In addition to this, the hardest thing to change in the world - is to change yourself. The consequences of this are terrible...
I'm convinced, that many of you have experienced the conclusions I've made themselves. For example, you decided to change your lifestyle into a healthy one. You started doing morning exercises, jogging, controlling your foods. And you've found out, that all that "clever" advices are crap, they made no effect. Health experts say, that the reason of such a paradox is, that you are not enough disciplined.
But don't give up, a special program was founded to cope with this problem. The solution is called "Fitness bootcamp". This term is currently used to describe group fitness classes that promote fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. They are designed to push people a little bit further than they would normally push themselves in the gym alone. The idea is not really new, it's similar to basic military training. Such camps are usually organized outdoors (in parks, for example) and run for several weeks. They combine running, interval training, and many other exercise using weights or body weight to lose body fat, increase cardiovascular strength, and help people to get into a routine of regular exercise.
Another point, which very important, as for me, is the universality of bootcamps. You can choose a weight loss fitness class and you'll be provided with a clear plan of exercises, weight loss nutrition recommendations, wise teacher. If you are strong, slim and brave (or just dreaming to become something like that) - a military fitness class is for you. There are also classes for woman, children and ,in a word, for categories of people.
Bootcamps are also a good way to spend your time. It's fun, engaging, fast moving, effective, because they provide social support for those who take part. People make friends and socialize as they exercise, although how strict the trainers or drill instructors in charge can be will depend on the company running the show. Another advantage of a bootcamp is that the large group dynamic will help to motivate the participants, such an element of competition, you know.
Besides all this, participants of such event are tested in the beginning and in the end to see, how effective it was.
It's up to you to decide. But in my mind, such thing can really develop your body and inner world, make you better. So, start pushing yourself up and forward!
